This rock cave suite is composed of a
bedroom, a child’s room, a living room and a large bathroom.
The room is connected to a secret tunnel and this is why it
has been given the name of Escape Room. In a corner of the
bedroom there is a tunnel to climb out through. People
living here in ancient times used to climb through this
place during times of danger to save themselves and their
families, perhaps from Byzantine soldiers, who knows?
The Byzantine column used as the head rest
of the bed is a very unusual part of the decoration. The
quilts have been specially prepared. There are rugs and
kilims on the floors. On the walls, there are kilim baby
carriers and ceramic plates. An Ottoman cabinet used to
serve sherbets gives the room a particular charm.
The trunks and embroidery work are more than
a 100 years old. In the chýld’s room there’s a special
child’s wardrobe and local toys.
In this room there’s everything necessary,
if you wish to stay with your child.
